Joe Shirley
President
Joe has more than 25 years of experience building businesses and leading people. He graduated from The University of Alabama in 1995 with a degree in Business Management Information Systems.
After 26 years as an executive at UPS, Joe opened a chain of pharmacies and an urgent care and primary care clinic. In 2021, he and Amy opened Lush MedSpa. In 2025, they joined the rest of the team to branch into mobile healthcare with ThrIVe.
Joe lives in Tuscaloosa with his wife, Amy, and their four children, and has plans to expand the Lush MedSpa network.
