Joe has over 25 years of experience in business building and people management.

He is an entrepreneur known for building strong successful businesses and putting leadership in plae that help the business excel and grow very quickly.

Joe graduated from The University of Alabama in 1995, with a degree in Business Management Information Systems.

After graduating he spent 26 years as an Executive at UPS, Joe opened a chain of pharmacies and an Urgent Care/Primary Care Clinic. In 2021, he and Amy opened Lush MedSpa.  In 2025, Joe and Amy joined with the rest of the team to branch into mobile healthcare with ThrIVe Health.

Joe currently lives in Tuscaloosa, Alabama with his wife, Amy, and four children. Joe has plans to expand the Lush MedSpa network and other related entities.
