Amy Shirley is the owner and primary Nurse Practitioner of Lush Medspa and Lush Wellness Center.

Amy has consistently been in the top 3 candidates for the best medical provider in the Tuscaloosa County area for the past four years.

Amy Graduated from the University of Alabama School of Nursing in 2007. She worked as a Cardiac Intensive Care RN for 5 years. In 2014, she graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a master’s in nursing or Nurse Practitioner degree. She is accredited by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

After graduating, she spent 7 years in urgent care and family medicine before opening Allegra Family Clinic. In 2020, she started Lush MedSpa and Wellness Center.  In 2025, she joined the ThrIVe team and is the primary provider for all mobile services.

Amy currently lives in Tuscaloosa, Alabama with husband, Joe, and four children. Amy is dedicated to caring for each of her patients in the manner that has helped her meet and exceed all patient satisfaction goals. She is your friend in the healthcare and aesthetics business.
