Amy Shirley, CRNP
Co-owner and primary provider
Amy Shirley is the owner and primary nurse practitioner of Lush MedSpa and Lush Wellness Center. She has been a top-three finalist for best medical provider in Tuscaloosa County for the past four years.
Amy graduated from the University of Alabama School of Nursing in 2007 and spent five years as a cardiac intensive care RN. In 2014, she earned her master's in nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and she is accredited by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
After seven years in urgent care and family medicine, she opened Allegra Family Clinic, then started Lush MedSpa and Wellness Center in 2020. In 2025, she joined the ThrIVe team as the primary provider for all mobile services.
Amy lives in Tuscaloosa with her husband, Joe, and their four children.
